hello all,
welcome to my blog, which will entail my fitness/weight loss journey. first of all, here are some facts about myself.

sex: male
age: 20
weight: 108kg (238lbs)
height: 1.80m (5feet 11inches)
target weight: 80kg (176lbs)
actions to take: total cut on fast food, daily 5km (3.1mile) jog/walk, gym session every second day.

every few days/week, i will post my current weight, the steps that i've been taking to achieve my goals, the food that i have eaten and my floating thoughts.

some initial body photos will come out soon.

  2. I recently made some lifestyle changes to counteract my weight as well. Things are going great for me so far, and I wish the best of luck to you.

  3. Go for it! ive been meaning to lose some weight myself.

  4. Once you've started this new routine, make sure you stick to it! After a week or so, it's very easy to get bored with it. Especially when you're putting in all of this effort and seeing no results instantly. Keep going though, don't get disheartened! Wishing you all the best!

  5. Like Rufus said, you need to stick at it and don't get disheartened by no immediate results. You will, however, notice very quick changes in your amount of energy, how you feel in the mornings and stuff like that.
